Porcelain is versatile and adaptable in equal measure – and in the 300 years since it was reinvented in Europe it has shown these qualities in fine style. From 24.4. – 2.11.2010, the anniversary exhibition entitled “From A King’s Dream to Mass Production. 300 Years of European Porcelain” to be staged at Porzellanikon Selb and in Hohenberg a.d. Eger is celebrating this diversity: 1,000 exhibits from the Baroque era to the present day will be on show in an exhibition space covering 3,500 square metres.
